Manager, Marketing&Operations Projects

Replacement for Maternity Leave. Temporary role for 9 months. Potential for extension.

Role Objective

• Provide consultancy to support Franchise growth in managing and end-to-end overseeing key marketing and operations activities (incl. processes implementations) to achieve business objectives through supporting the execution of the annual plans, while working closely with the local teams and leveraging The Company’s global best practices, expertise and functional support across all business areas
• Acting as a focal liaison point for integrating and managing ongoing interactions with multiple interfaces between the local teams and the key relevant functions/teams at HQ for all brands/trademarks related matters; ensuring compliance with The Company’s guidelines across all business aspects
  
  

Key Areas

• Marketing consultancy: working with HQ marketing teams to integrate and align global strategies and brand platforms in the local market; incl. strategic annual brand planning and ensuring high level execution of the plans.
• Innovation:working with HQ’s key functions for counseling the end-to-end Innovation process (incl. internal process management) for new products development and commercialization processes from concept stage to launch
• Internal stakeholder management and interface:coordinating and leading large and complex cross-functional teams across the System incl. establishment of ongoing working routines, reporting and knowledge sharing
• Data and insights analysisin a systematic manner for ongoing business updates reporting and formulating recommendations regarding market research, marketing and business potential enhancement
  
  

Technical Skills

• Brand Management (marketing and communication skills to evaluate consumers and shoppers engagement programs)
• Project Management; Planning and organizing
• Structured/systematic and analytical thinking
• Strategic and business analysis; able to build sustainable business strategies and plans
• Financial skills and ability to manage P&L; Strong understanding of full value chain
  
  

Required Experience

• Minimum 3 years experience with a multi-national, FMCG Company with track record of success
• Proven experience in project and process management with high organizing skills
• Proven experience in managing interfaces and teamwork
• Familiarity with the Israeli retail world
  
  

Educational Requirements

• Business degree qualification: BA minimum, MBA preferable
  
  

Language

• Excellent English and native Hebrew - verbal and written – a must!
