Silverfort is a partner-first company, including partners that provide Technical Support and Customer Success motions to Silverfort customers. This role will report directly to our Director Of Partner Success, and you will be responsible for working with partners contractually committed to providing Success and Support to their Silverfort customers. We aim to ensure the partners are trained on the Silverfort platform, provide exceptional support services, and follow customer success best practices that drive retention and expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Guide new partners through the onboarding process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to drive retention and incremental revenue within their customer base.
- Serve as the escalation point for partner-related issues and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure resolution.
- Analyses partner and customer data and feedback to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improving customer satisfaction and retention in Silverfort customers managed by partners.
- Work with partners to set and achieve performance goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address partner needs and enhance their experience.
- Collaborate with the sales team to maximize revenue from existing partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of partner products or services.
- Become an expert on Silverfort to guide partners on Silverfort and how to drive success within their customer base.
- Regularly review and adjust strategies to align with changing business landscapes.
- 4+ years of proven experience working in a Partner Success role, within the cybersecurity or software industry
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with customer success platforms and Saleforce.com as you will be enabling partners on how to leverage our CSM platform within their customers
- Experience in directly interfacing with customers or clients in a capacity that emphasizes customer success, satisfaction, and relationship management.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to drive insights and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts and industry trends is a plus.
