Senior Product Manager

Shopic is an AI start-up specializing in retail solutions and shopping experiences, our technology turns any shopping cart into a smart cart. Our company is seeking a talented Senior Product Manager with experience in user experience, data analysis, and a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences.

Responsabilities:

• Develop new products from scratch, presenting and suggesting innovative ideas to expand our product portfolio and enhance customer experience
• Take charge of the entire product lifecycle, starting with collecting and analyzing customer needs to define roadmaps and detailed functional specifications
• Design engaging consumer experiences by applying UX best practices
• Effectively prioritize tasks and allocate resources to optimize productivity and efficiency
• Oversee quality assurance processes, ensuring the product meets high standards of performance and user satisfaction
• Drive the adoption of the product by implementing strategies to increase user engagement and satisfaction
  
  

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager in B2C or B2B2C companies
• Excellent understanding of user experience (UX) design principles
• Perfect English & Hebrew and communication skills
• Strong focus on details and transforming opportunities into features and products that create great user experiences.
• Analytical mindset with expertise in combining qualitative insights and quantitative data to drive product decisions. Experience with A/B tests, analytics tools, user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, including product vision, strategy, and roadmap development.
• Proactive, highly motivated, and a team player who takes full ownership of projects.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, with the ability to convey messages clearly and effectively.
  
  

• A background in IoT/multidisciplinary products, specializing in our market.
• Retail technology experience would be an asset.
