Leading Amdocs global Real Estate (RE) strategy, dealing with landlords, global brokers and other stakeholders while in particular striving for the most valuable lease deal per site and managing the lease contracts through their life cycle.

What will your job look like?

• Leading a procurement category on a global basis with direct management of all Real Estate Procurement leases (cross-regional).
• Establishing and implementing the procurement strategy for the Real Estate Procurement and coordinating with the various stakeholders (BUs) in the company.
• Analyzing market trends and maintaining expert knowledge of the Real Estate global market
• Managing the supplier relationship globally (landlords, Brokers etc…)
• Identifying procurement opportunities for EBIT improvement in the respective CC.
• Identifying innovative procurement solutions that provide cashable savings and process efficiencies for the organization.
• Leading by example in terms of providing services and supporting the internal customers business success.
• Leading Global and Regional sourcing processes
• Performance measurement - reporting and monitoring the performance of the RE globally according to various Global Procurement KPIs.
  
  

• 7+ years of global experience in the Real Estate profession dealing with senior managers, landlords and brokers
• RE Deal maker
• Knowing the RE language
• Ability to define and implement the strategy of RE procurements category at a global level.
• Excellent negotiation skills and expertise with proficiency and strong positioning in the designated category market.
• Experience in leading RFP process: demonstrating the ability to lead internally and work in a matrix management model for the purpose of a cross-BU RFP, including all the data gathering and analysis (demand management), as well as external management of the RFP with the market; preparation and execution of the RFP.
• The ability to lead a contract, excellent knowledge of contractual Terms and Conditions such as Liabilities, Penalties, Liquidated Damages, Dilapidation.
• Deep knowledge and understanding of internal and external relationships.
