Position overview

As a Principal Technical Program Manager in our Container Security group, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge solutions in one of the most dynamic sectors in the industry. Our team is dedicated to securing the cloud environments of large-scale customers, providing robust and scalable container security solutions, you get to go deep on some super technical areas, you get to collaborate with many technological teams (agent, backend, infrastructure, research and etc), product teams and you get to engage with external partners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage cross-organization collaboration and interdependencies.
• Work with customers and internal partners to identify and prioritize features and capabilities. 
• Drive cross-team planning, collaboration, and execution across several teams.
• Drive cross-team processes and metrics to ensure timely delivery with high quality and continual improvement. 
  
  

Qualifications

• Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; Master's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 12+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management or product development
• 7+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
• Experience in management of complex cross-group, cross-business, cross-disciplinary projects
• Ability to deal with ambiguity, resolve conflicts, prioritize multiple strategic and tactical options and drive issues to closure without compromising on quality.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in technology product and program management, leading technical engineering teams
• In-depth knowledge of security technologies and best practices.
• Experience with cloud-scale architecture and infrastructure
• Experience with security tools, vulnerability management, and compliance frameworks.
