Product Designer

We are looking for a Product Designer to join our rapidly growing product and design group to help turn our mission from vision to reality.

You will own design throughout the product lifecycle from new ideas to detailed interactions and high fidelity pixel-perfect designs.

What you'll do:

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements, define thoughtful solutions, and design extraordinary products that meet our business goals.
• Conduct extensive product research based on customer feedback, data, competitor analysis, and more.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer problems and complex workflows to create elegant and practical solutions. User interviews and usability tests will be an integral part of your role.
• Lead a full design cycle from inspiration through UX and usability sessions, to creating a pixel-perfect UI.
• Track the features post-release and analyze the data in order to keep iterating and perfecting our products.
• Maintain and improve our design system using Figma, while being consistent with the overall branding strategy.
• Own the solution space and be able to sell your ideas step by step taking into consideration all needed aspects.

What you have:

• 5+ years demonstrated experience with end-to-end (UX and UI) product design in a product company.
• Understanding the product lifecycle from research and inspiration through UX, prototyping, and design to usability testing.
• Experience working in agile with cross-functional teams (squads) to effectively build products from concept through launch.
• A strong passion for research-driven processes and experience working with design systems that span multiple products.
• An understanding of the technical limitations behind your decisions.
• Strong communication, organizational and analytical skills that'll help you articulate your decisions and solve complex product problems.
• You must be comfortable operating in a hyper-growth environment and have no fear of falling and getting back on your feet again.
• Proficiency in Figma and other design tools.
• Excellent English (both written and verbal)
