Job Description:

The position requires a self-motivated individual who's highly diligent and passionate about sales and self-growth. Essentially, the role is to help our consultants screen the clients and find those who can benefit from the training, booking calls with them, and making sure they show up:

• Replying to inbound leads on the website and social media platforms. (Facebook, IG, Linkedin, website).
• Qualifying inbound leads, performing sales/compatibility calls, and assigning them to the appropriate sales team member for follow-ups.
• Managing all contacts and calls in the CRM.
• Generating outbound leads and collaborations with influencers, headhunters, and organizations.
• Hybrid position - 20% from the office and 80% remotely.

Qualifications:

• Experience in marketing and sales operations on social media platforms, preferably in the tech industry.
• Experience using a CRM system
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral) - comfortable working with people over the phone/zoom and in person.
