Product Manager

Product Lead

We are looking for a product lead to join our studio. 

It’s a key position with an unlimited room to grow, from all aspects. You will report to the COO and will be responsible for setting up our game for success. This is a leadership role that involves a high level of interaction with studio leadership and staff, product leadership, and development partners. 

What You Will Do

• Full responsibility for the game's performance(excluding monetary KPIs).
• At first, you will be 100% hands on; inspire and motivate teams through personal example and enthusiasm while demonstrating the highest professional standards. 
• Lead and define the game’s product strategy, prioritization and roadmap. 
• Dictate product plans and partner with production, design and marketing to deliver on key KPIs.
• Manage an AB test pipeline to continually optimize and elevate the performance of the game.
• Analyze product performance in search of high-ROI optimizations and new feature opportunities.
• Work closely with a cross-functional group of designers, artists, engineers and producers to build best-in-class features.



What We’re Looking For

• 4+ Years gaming experience
• Experience in building and leading a gaming product management team
• Excitement for working on F2P mobile games, and ready to dive into a complex ecosystem of players in different life cycle phases and spend propensities
• Communication: Strong verbal & written communication skills. Able to articulate the “why” instead of just the “how” and “what” to drive team-wide alignment on the product vision
• Understand tradeoffs, anticipate & mitigate risks from afar, and manage expectations while delivering high-quality features
• Quantitative/Qualitative Approach: Know when to use data and when to trust your gut. Can translate product problems into analytics problems, develop and test hypotheses, and interpret data in a meaningful and actionable way
• Self-starter, able to identify obstacles and work through solutions
