Description:

We seek a visionary and dynamic individual with a deep technological background in AI to spearhead the development and architecture of an innovative AI product tailored to organizations of diverse scales focusing on their HR needs.

As the lead architect, you will perform the hands-on creation of this cutting-edge solution, utilizing your extensive expertise in AI technologies and leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) to drive the product's success. This role demands a creative thinker, a results-oriented leader, and an individual committed to achieving our business objectives through technological innovation and excellence.

At this pivotal phase, compensation for this role is entirely structured around equity from the product's success rather than traditional employment benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architectural Leadership: Lead and drive the end-to-end development of our AI product, overseeing the architectural design, implementation, and deployment.
• AI Model Expertise: Utilize your in-depth understanding and hands-on experience in training AI models, particularly with Large Language Models, to enhance the product's capabilities. During the initial bootstrapping phase standalone work on the solution is expected.
• Business Alignment: Work closely with stakeholders to ensure the AI product aligns with the needs of organizations across varying sizes, catering to their specific requirements and challenges.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with other professionals to devise and implement a comprehensive strategic roadmap aligned with the organization's objectives.
• Innovation and Optimization: Continuously explore new AI technologies, methodologies, and tools to optimize product performance and maintain its competitiveness in the market.

Qualifications:

• Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience as an architect leading the development of AI-driven products or projects, with a track record of successful implementations.
• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in AI technologies, particularly in training and utilizing Large Language Models, alongside a strong grasp of software development methodologies.
