Head of Digital

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic individual to join our team as the Digital Department Manager for a leading and stable organization.

In this unique role, you will be responsible for leading the Delivery department, overseeing approximately 60 employees and managing projects/products in the digital realms.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Delivery department, overseeing both development and project/product management in the digital domains.
• Assume technological and project-related responsibilities for all digital assets serving both customers and internal organizational needs.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment within the digital team.
• Drive the development and execution of digital strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of digital solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to provide strategic insights.

Qualifications:

-Extensive and proven experience in leading Delivery units for web and mobile-based systems in advanced technologies.

-In-depth familiarity with modern architecture technologies, including infrastructure and cloud services.

-Experience in leading and managing significant business projects and products, with responsibility for digital applications serving millions of users.

-Proficiency and deep understanding of the digital landscape, trends, and best practices in the field.

-Demonstrated ability to lead units comprising managers and development teams with a scope of at least 50 employees
