Responsibilities:

• Lead and guide a team of software developers in designing, developing, and implementing software solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Take ownership of the software development life cycle, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements to incorporate best practices into development processes.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technological strategies.

Qualifications:

-8-10 years of hands-on experience in PYTHON development, with at least 2 years in team management, guiding developers and problem-solving.

-In-depth knowledge based on Python, including the development of complex business logic Information Systems, RESTFUL API design, and system architecture design and planning.

-Proficiency in establishing environments and automation processes, involving Linux, Containers, and Micro-Services.
