Location- Tel Aviv (Azrieli area)
Job Description: Managing the potential and active client’s communications, the Legal team is responsible for getting the clients application ready for submission.
In our company, potential and current clients expect excellent service, and it is the Legal team’s job to support the clients with.
• Incoming and outgoing calls.
• Emails
• Clients ‘online application and documents.
• Guide clients in collecting documents.
• Prepare clients application for submission.
Responsibilities:
• Communication with clients via email and phone calls.
• Communication with other departments to ensure services are provided to clients.
• Maintaining a high quality of service for new and returning clients.
Qualifications:
• Fluent/ Mother Tongue English.
• Detail oriented personality.
• Familiarity with Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Multitasking
• Experience working with CRM and tech savvy to find necessary information
• Preferred back office / compliance experience.
The hours for this position are from Sun-Thurs
8-9 hours a day
The salary for this position is 38NIS per hour
