Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities:

As a Senior Project Manager at Pazu, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the entire games' production process, from conception to deployment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing comprehensive project plans in collaboration with the team.
• Estimating costs and assessing the level of required effort for each project.
• Tracking project status, schedule, and budget to ensure successful delivery.
• Leading and motivating a team of talented and creative individuals to meet project goals and deliverables
• Collaborating with game designers, developers, artists, and animators to communicate project objectives and needs to management.
  
  

• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering or a practical engineering degree.
• 7+ years of proven experience in managing and driving technological projects in a fast-growing Hi-Tech environment (Startup experience is an advantage).
• 3+ years of experience with software-based projects.
• Expertise in project management methodologies.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
• High sense of ownership and a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Proactive, creative, and out-of-the-box thinking.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• A team player
