Senior FP&A

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior FP&A to join our team.

In this role, you will focus on developing business insights, reporting crucial KPIs to management, as well as budget planning and analysis.

You will leverage your analytical abilities to offer key insights, collaborate closely with stakeholders, provide financial insights for pivotal decisions and drive strategic initiatives forward.

Responsibilities:

• Annual planning and financial forecasting processes
• Generating budget vs. actuals analysis, investigating and explaining key variances, trends, and drivers.
• Providing ongoing financial support in decision-making analyses for different teams, projects, customer transactions, and other initiatives
• Ad-hoc requests (financial modeling, analysis and reporting)
• Monitoring KPIs and identifying causes of unexpected variances
• Supporting the Finance Team and Department Heads with data-driven analysis
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/ Economics/ other relevant field
• 5+ years of direct experience working in FP&A in a global tech company or financial consulting
• Experience in financial statements (mostly P&L and cash flow), in financial analysis, KPI measurements and presentations
• Prior experience in supporting an acquisition or IPO process - a significant advantage
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (ability to create complex spreadsheets and financial models)
• Fluent English
• Strong analytical skills, with close attention to detail and highest standards of accuracy and precision
• Ability to work independently, "own" your tasks, while meeting deadlines and working under pressure
• Prior experience in supporting an acquisition or an IPO process - a significant advantage
