Head of Finance

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Finance to oversee our financial operations across the United States, United Kingdom, and Israel. This role is ideal for a professional who specializes in the international tech industry and is adept at navigating the complexities of multinational financial practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with international standards.
• Construct and manage weekly cash flow reports, providing critical insights into the company's short-term financial health.
• Oversee the preparation and management of budgets, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
• Demonstrate expertise in Excel, utilizing advanced features for financial modeling and data analysis.
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail and precision in all financial documents and reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across different regions, ensuring effective communication and alignment of financial strategies.
• Stay abreast of international financial regulations and ensure compliance across all operational regions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, specifically within the international tech sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; a Master's degree or professional financial certification is preferred.
• Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven expertise in financial reporting, budget management, and cash flow analysis.
• Exceptional skills in Excel and other financial software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
