Applications are invited for a part-time Education Support Staff member to join our dedicated and dynamic team for the 2024 school year, five days per week 8:30am - 3.15pm.

It Is Expected That The Successful Applicant Can Demonstrate

• a positive, friendly and enthusiastic manner with all members of our school and parish community
• a passion for working with children with diverse needs, having a belief that all children can learn and succeed
• the ability to work collaboratively and respectfully as part of a team
• the ability to work alongside our Learning Diversity Leader and teachers to support student learning.
  
  

• be self-motivated and able to work independently if necessary
• build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, parents and children
• be prepared to be active in our school community and involved in extra-curricular school activities
• support staff in developing a Child Safe culture in the school community
• work with and be understanding of students who are on the Autism Spectrum Disorder.
  
  

• Hold a current Working With Children Check and National Police Check
• Have completed Certificate 3 or equivalent in Education Support
