The firm provides a full range of legal services to Israeli and non-Israeli clients alike, encompassing a diversity of areas, including M&A, corporate, insolvency, banking and financing, insurance, real estate, high-tech, infrastructure projects, and intellectual property.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Associate role for the M&A and tech department. The Associate will be responsible for drafting legal documents, preparing legal opinions and liasing with clients and other stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- 3-6 years experience in a law firm is a must
