Network Security (NetSec) Team Manager

You can Expect:

• Be at the forefront of ensuring the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of our organization’s network infrastructure.
• Be responsible for managing a team of experts, implementing and maintaining security measures, and contributing to the overall cybersecurity strategy.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire the team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Work closely with other teams to lead projects and provide high-quality technical solutions to complex problems, while maintaining excellent user experience.
• Monitor and analyze network traffic for security incidents, promptly responding to them and mitigating identified threats.

Experience Required:

• 4 years of experience as an IT Team Manager.
• 3 years of experience working in global organizations with multiple sites.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a senior network security role with a focus on managing and securing enterprise-level networks.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of network security technologies, protocols, and best practices.
• Experience with security tools and technologies such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, and network monitoring solutions.
• Experience in Azure environment’s cyber security.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
