Supply Chain Manager

Our Supply Chain manager at Reveal lasers shall be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the supply chain strategy and processes to ensure the delivery of quality products to customers. This includes the management of supply chain operations, the optimization of inventory and the effective utilization of resources.

As a Supply Chain Manager, you will lead the company’s Planning, Capacity Management, Inventory Management, Sourcing, Logistics & Distribution and Forecasting through all the products lifecycle stages.

Responsibilities:

• Reports to the company’s CEO.
• Translates business strategies into operational tactics and concrete actions

considering business priorities and regulatory demands.

• a skilled “Hands On approach” person, with proved abilities to initiate process and get things done. 
• Secures necessary raw materials and finished goods capacity to meet the company’s multi-year plan.
• Implements and maintains planning process for the Supply Chain in coordination with FP&A.
• Builds and maintains effective working relationships with various levels in the organization
• Lead the annual product costing process performance reporting and variance analysis against plan
• Ability to analyze actual usage of bill of materials and related materials, Labor, and overhead variances
• Identify opportunities for Distribution and Supply Chain process improvements and support management that enable optimization of customer service, cost and cash
• Execute a continuous improvement program for all supply chain functions, from procurement to manufacturing
• Standardize and optimize Procurement, Distribution, and facility-based supply chain activities
• Manage Supply Chain Department Budgets
• Coordinate annual and multi-year supply chain Capital and Expense Budget plan with leadership

 Qualifications and Experience

• 5+ years in supply chain management roles
• Experience with ERP-Priority
• MUST have a large company \ corporate proven supply chain experience with good understanding of scaling up processes and platforms.
• Bachelor’s degrees in business, Engineering, Business/Administration, Supply Chain Management are a must
• Medical Device and/or Pharma experience is highly desired, especially familiarity with ISO13485 requirements & derivatives
