Robotics Technician

Founded in Tel Aviv in 2021, Verobotics is a multidisciplinary robotics company. We're dedicated to revolutionizing the way skyscrapers' exteriors are maintained through autonomous robotics, providing a seamless plug-and-play solution.

Our unique solution involves integrations of cutting-edge technologies and Disciplines.

We are looking for a multi-disciplinary technician with a good background in advanced robotics systems and a can-do attitude to take a lead role in supporting the company’s product development.

A must-have:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hands-on technical role (mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, etc.)
• Proficient in using basic workshop tools and equipment (soldering irons, multimeters, screwdrivers, etc.)
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical principles
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and written documentation skills
• Passion for robotics and a desire to learn and grow in the field

Responsibilities:

• Assisting engineers in the design, assembly, and testing of robotic prototypes
• Conducting mechanical and electrical troubleshooting to identify and diagnose technical issues
• Performing routine maintenance and calibration of robotic components and systems
• Sourcing and procuring necessary materials and equipment for prototype development
• Maintaining detailed records and documenting experimental procedures and results
• Collaborating effectively with engineers, technicians, and other team members
• Demonstrating a proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving

If you have it it's a big plus:

1. Experience with programming and robotics control systems (ROS, Arduino, etc.)
2. Familiarity with 3D printing and rapid prototyping techniques
3. Strong organizational and time management skills
