Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager for a part-time role (Sunday-Thursday, 6 hours a day) based in Herzliya. As our Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our daily administrative operations, including filing, scheduling, and expense tracking. You will also be resposible for the team wellness and events.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and data
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
• Fluency in Hebrew and English is required
