We are looking for a Global Talent Acquisition Manager to join our growing HR team. In this role you will manage a global talent acquisition team US and IL, develop recruiting plans and hiring strategies, implement scalable processes, and manage a full-cycle recruiting process. As our Global Talent Acquisition Manager you will be handling the recruiting process from start to finish, including identifying and attracting exceptional candidates, creating diverse pipelines, delivering exceptional candidate experiences, and partnering with all levels of leadership and managers at our organization.

What you'll be doing:
- Lead and mentor a global US and IL team of Talent Acquisition Specialists.
- Build and implement global talent acquisition strategy and processes that support business growth.
- Take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, collaborating closely with senior management and hiring managers.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers, understand their hiring needs and become their advisor.
- Define and monitor hiring KPIs to ensure recruiting efficiencies and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement strategies to ensure the highest quality hires, fostering a dynamic and effective recruitment ecosystem.
- Shape and cultivate exceptional standards for delivering an optimal candidate experience.
- Over 2 years of experience managing high-performing global recruitment teams within rapidly expanding organizations.
- Minimum of 5 years in full-cycle recruiting from a global tech company.
- Ability to partner cross-functionally with different stakeholders and prioritize resources against business needs.
- A true team player with a 'can-do' attitude, hands-on approach, and exceptional assessment skills.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
- Excellent organizational abilities and strong attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent proficiency in both written and verbal English and Hebrew.
