We are looking for a skilled and experienced SEO & Websites Specialist to oversee the development, maintenance, and optimization of our company's online presence.

As the SEO and Websites Specialist, you will play a critical role in overseeing its structure, functionality, content, and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Website Development, Maintenance and Optimization
• Lead the planning and development of the company's website.
• stay up to date with the company's activity and update the websites accordingly.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the website, including content updates, design modifications, and functionality checks.
• Collaborate with the content and social teams, designers and developers to implement website improvements.
• Handle ongoing SEO optimization to improve organic traffic.
• Ensure website security and implement updates to prevent vulnerabilities.
• Content Management
• Manage and organize website content, ensuring it is well-structured and easy to navigate.
• Ensure content is optimized for SEO and aligns with the overall digital marketing strategy.
• User Experience (UX)
• Focus on improving the overall user experience by conducting usability testing and gathering user feedback.
• Implement UX best practices to enhance user satisfaction and engagement.
• Monitor and optimize website navigation, and interactive elements.
• Analytics and Reporting
• Use web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track website performance, user engagement, and conversion metrics.
• Generate regular reports on website traffic, visitor behavior, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
