Job Description

Job title:
Lead NPI Projects guiding the development of new production lines & managing new product releases, overseeing all operations aspects from initiation to closure. Collaborate with a team of engineers on complex multi-functional projects for efficient product industrializations and part changes.

Your role:

• Leading projects with a team of engineers that are involved in complex multi-functional operations product industrializations and/or transfer projects on single or multi-site until project closure (PC)
• Developing and executing the engineering policy. Interacts with functional management to improve quality upstream
• Pro-actively developing new methodologies, seeking alignment with business to improve ways of working to become more efficient and realize shorter time to market
• Applies Lean methodology and structural problem solving methods to improve way of workings
• Training and instructing that the project is handed over to the factories on time against predefined targets. Manages constant communication with stakeholders in case of deviations
  
  

You're the right fit if:

• B.Sc. degree in Mechanics/Electronics/ Material/Chemical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in process / manufacturing engineering & proven work experience with multidisciplinary systems (medical device background – strong advantage)
• Experience in complex project management - a must
• Project management skills: problem solving, value stream mapping and organizational skills, team and stake holder management, ability to lead projects E2E, knowledge of project management methods
• Proficient in English and Hebrew
