Supply Chain and Purchasing Lead

The Supply Chain and Purchasing Manager will play a pivotal role in establishing and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain processes. This hands-on position requires an experienced professional who can manage procurement, logistics, and inventory management while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements in the medical device industry.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers
• Monitor supplier performance and collaborate with suppliers to identify cost-saving opportunities and drive value-added activities.
• Oversee and optimize logistics and distribution processes
• Implement best practices for warehouse management
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements for medical device manufacturing and distribution
• Collaborate with the quality assurance and regulatory affairs teams to maintain adherence to industry standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field
• Proven experience in supply chain and purchasing roles in the medical device industry
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and quality standards in the medical device sector
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using supply chain management software and tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to changing priorities
