Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a System Administrator. The System Administrator will be responsible for troubleshooting, technical support, network administration, 365 environment management, and information technology including end user support. The candidate will support the company’s IT infrastructure including servers, storage, network, and related hardware and software. The candidate should have experience with server operating systems and network protocols.

Qualifications

3 years of experience in the IT field including end user support.

Proven experience working and managing Microsoft environments: Terminal Servers, Printer Server, File Server, Active Directory.

Experience in managing firewalls and VPN, FortiGate - a plus.

Experience in troubleshooting computers and peripherals.

Windows 10/11 Office 365 control.

Experience in system administration and troubleshooting

Technical support experience in a Windows 

Experience with network administration and protocols

Knowledge of information technology and security best practices

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• MCSA / CCNA certification is a plus.
