We at Malamteam are recruiting for our subsidiary an application support center manager.
for a full-time position at Har Hatzavim in Jerusalem.

Responsibilities

Management of a team of about 11 supporters, handling inquiries and malfunctions, customer support.
Work with the development teams, travel and meetings with customers.
Let's lead a team of guns, in a large and technologically advanced company!

Qualifications

- Experience of 5 years or more in managing application supports
- Experience in writing training sets for users.
- Experience working with application management, tracking and control systems
- Previous experience in application support
- Bachelor's degree in information systems / industrial engineering and management / similar degrees - a significant advantage
