As a Program Manager At Remitly, You Will

• Lead strategic projects from A-Z; define and measure KPIs, create timelines and manage risks and dependencies
• Develop program plans that include milestones in order to manage end-to-end project execution and attain project objectives within time and scope, all while using industry best practices and methodologies
• Work with amazing people all across the organization to deliver a successful completion of projects, focusing on collaboration with the following departments: Business, Marketing, Product, Operations, Customer Success, Legal, Compliance and Fraud
• Set the program cadence, track its progress and keep a record of everything through a comprehensive documentation
• Act as the focal point for management and additional stakeholders while aligning them with relevant teams

• 5-8 years of program management experience in startups or tech companies, preferably collaborating with EU and US stakeholders
• A proven track record of leading projects with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders while working closely with Business, Marketing, Product, Compliance, Legal, Risk, Fraud and Operations
• High proficiency in spoken and written English (90% of work is in English)
  
  

• Financial/legal background in fintech, banking or financial services
• Extensive experience working with government agencies, departments and officials in the finance / banking sector
• A proven record of leading cross-company strategic planning and execution
