SafeBreach is seeking an experienced Full-Stack Team Leader to join a highly talented, agile development team. Our Full-Stack team responsible for SafeBreach’s reach and data centric experiences and many back-end components that power them. We use cutting-edge technologies and we’re focused on giving customers the sleekest and cleanest experience to tackle their daily security threats.

Our platform continuously executes attacks, correlates results of security controls and tracks drifts to help visualize security gaps, and leverages contextual insights to reduce remediation efforts.

About The Role

• Full development lifecycle owner - designing, implementing, automating, and maintaining the product’s user interface (as well as other components) in a full-stack manner.
• Working hand-in-hand with PM, Research, PS, and other team leaders in R&D to execute features from the requirements to the acceptance in the field
• Demonstrate high professional skills. Stay hands-on with the team members’ work, and be able to address technical issues when they occur
• Defining improvement goals for the team and leading the team to achieve the goals - always strive for excellence.
• Recruiting and training new team members

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in software development
• 2+ years of experience as a leader of a development team
• 3+ years of experience in hands-on development in React.js
• 3+ years of experience in hands-on development in Node.js
• Experience with containerization & microservices (docker, K8S) - including in Production.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with both relational and NOSQL DBs
• Hands-on experience with AWS
• Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English.
