About The Role

We are in search of a Procurement Manager to join our procurement function. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategic sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with the objectives of each division.
• Initiation and accompaniment of procurement projects.
• Maintaining contact with external sources, including market-related research, identifying suppliers and managing the relationship, conducting negotiations, finalize deals and contracts.
• Analyze market trends, assess supplier performance, and identify opportunities for improvement or innovation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments within the cybersecurity education/training and SaaS divisions to meet business needs while maintaining compliance and cost efficiency.
• Oversee inventory management to optimize stock levels and minimize excess or obsolete inventory.
• Monitor and report key procurement metrics across divisions, identifying areas for process optimization and efficiency.
• Stay updated on industry developments and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
  
  

• More than one year of experience as a procurement or acquisition manager.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with procurement & inventory management systems
• High-level English - a must. (Read/Write/Speak)
• B.A. in a field related to Logistics and Procurement / Business Management is an advantage.
• End-to-end experience working with suppliers, including identifying them, conducting negotiations, and forging agreements.
• Familiarity and experience working with systems such as NetSuite and Priority is an advantage.
• The position requires organizational skills, the capability to handle multiple tasks, an understanding of procurement processes, and the ability to adapt such processes to the needs of the organization.
• Strong negotiation, contract management, and vendor relationship skills in a technological industry.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to drive cost savings and process improvements across diverse divisions.
