With a focus on innovative consumer solutions, this company has quickly scaled up, boasting over $50 million in sales. They are now in search of a dynamic Software Engineering Team Lead to spearhead their technological advancements and contribute to their impressive growth.

As the Software Engineering Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in shaping the technological direction and execution of the company's consumer-focused innovations. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the General Manager to align the technology strategy with the company's business goals.
• Lead and oversee the full-stack development of the company's e-commerce platform, focusing primarily on client-side development.
• Mentor and manage a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
• Actively engage in hands-on engineering tasks, focusing significantly on front-end development to ensure a seamless and innovative user experience.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, with a strong track record in full-stack roles, especially in front-end development.
• Proficiency in React and TypeScript is highly desirable.
• Experience in entrepreneurial or early-stage startup environments is advantageous.
• Capability to manage senior developers during the initial project phase.
• Academic credentials from a recognized institution with distinction and notable military experience in a software development capacity in an elite unit.

Work Model: Hybrid arrangement, allowing for 1-2 days of remote work per week.
