Operations Specialist

Our clientele includes global giants like Intel, Applied Materials, MSD, Siemens, and Johnson & Johnson, as well as unicorns like GainSight, Check Point, and Taboola, spanning over 40 countries and languages.

Position Summary:

As an Operations Specialist at GrowthSpace, you will be at the forefront of driving unit-wide initiatives, ensuring they are executed efficiently and cost-effectively. Your responsibilities will involve refining operational management systems, processes, and best practices. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will formulate strategic and operational objectives aligned with our organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all operations unit-wide initiatives are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
• Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices.
• Formulate strategic and operational objectives in accordance with goals and targets
• Work in collaboration with interface teams
• Work with and serve Growthspace experts' community goals
• Implement unit’s Saas tools
• Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability.
• Manage budgets and forecasts as per each running initiative.
• Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs.
• Find ways to increase the quality of customer service.
  
  

• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken (Native or mother-tongue level) - A must
• 2+ years of experience as Operations Manager or similar role in a fast-growth companies
• Previous experience in complex operations or organizations
• Experience in budgeting and forecasting
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Proven ability to build scalable and highly effective processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience from B2B, SaaS company – an advantage
• Familiarity with business and financial principles
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field
