We are looking for an ambitious business operation that thrives in a dynamic and innovative environment.
You will be reporting directly to the Information Systems senior director and will play a key role in the department, supporting and leading projects.
In this pivotal role, you will actively contribute to and lead projects. Seize the opportunity to be an integral member of a high-performing team, driving excellence in a cutting-edge IS landscape.
What your job will look like:
- Work closely and effectively with the Information Systems management team
- Manage various projects, and priorities and follow up on issues and concerns, assisting in determination of appropriate course of action/care with hard deadlines.
- Be responsible for professional documentation – meetings' minutes and materials, reports etc.
- Develop and implement business operation rules and procedures within the Information Systems department to optimize workflow efficiency and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and document business processes, defining rules that enhance productivity and align with company objectives.
- Regularly review and update operational rules in response to changing business needs, technological advancements, and industry best practices.
- Conduct regular audits to assess rule compliance, identify potential areas for improvement, and address any deviations from established procedures.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies to proactively integrate relevant changes into the business operation rules.
- B.Sc . in information systems/Industrial Engineering.
- 3+ years of experience as a technical PM or other technical position in the Information system domain with a demonstrated record of success.
- Experience in an execution of cross department projects
- Methodological ways of working, ability to manage high workloads in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Self-learning and management ability.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent level of English.
