Looking for a skilled Product manager to lead the development of our internal tools domain.

This position plays a pivotal role in the organization as internal tools are being used extensively across the company ,making it a highly impactful role.

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with a broad set of stakeholders (risk, compliance, legal, support, product, and others) to map their workflows and deeply understand their needs.
• Develop that align with our business objectives and OKRs , and ensuring internal tools effectively support the company's strategic goals.
• Define technical specifications for initiatives and features (includes writing clear and concise product specs, features cards, and other product documentation).
• Work closely with engineering teams throughout the development process to verify that features comply with specifications, remove blockers, and develop release plans
• Independently handle day-to-day operational issues/ bugs that come up in production.
• Operate fairly independently, building and maintaining relationships in multiple locations. This role will require regular meetings with folks across the U.S., Israel, and India. and manage the internal tools roadmap, focusing and prioritising high-impact features
  
  

• 4+ years experience as a Product Manager, preferably within fintech
• Ability to exercise good business judgment to prioritize features/ initiatives
• A self-starter with a strong bias to action who can move projects forward, manage stakeholder expectations and lead a cross-functional team toward product solutions
• Demonstrated track record of launching multiple successful products and features
• Advanced analytical skills, including experience with data analysis and SQL
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills and ability to interact with diverse groups of technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience managing complex projects with limited resources and competing priorities
• B.A. or B.S. in physics, computer science, engineering, or related field
  
  

• Experience in fintech
• Previous work experience in a technical role is a plus
• Masters, PhD, or MBA will be considered when evaluating work experience
