Your Job Purpose:

As a Fire Protection Piping Superintendent working with the LotusWorks team, you will join our client site in the Semiconductor sector. This job is based in a cutting-edge facility in Kiryat Gat, Israel.

Your Job Description:

• In depth knowledge on Fire Protection Piping systems to Sprinklers, General plumbing etc.

• Understand subcontractor’s scope of work and responsibilities.

• Understand construction documents for interpretation of specification requirements and system installation.

• Responsible for delivering construction projects globally using multiple project delivery and execution strategies at a competitive advantage.

• Develops discipline scope and engineering solutions which include schedule, budget, and safety requirements for assigned construction projects.

• Leads interdisciplinary coordination efforts and collaborates closely with other disciplines to ensure delivery of a complete, approved, coordinated scope across a project.

• Lead the process from design through to handover to client.

Job Requirements:

• Trade Qualification or Engineering Degree in relevant discipline.

• 4 years of experience in design and construction of Fire Protection Piping.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills: must be able to work closely with owners, designers, engineers, and subcontractors.

• Ability to work closely with trade and craft people in a fieldwork situation. Patience and professionalism are essential and being able to maintain a cooperative attitude through pressure situations.

• Work with the team to build schedules and daily/weekly work plans.

• Help remove onsite roadblocks so that work can continue.

• Co-ordinate with other disciplines.

• Skill in handling several work activities at once while frequently interrupted by phone calls and urgent questions on work in progress.

• Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
