Networking Support Team Lead

Shavit is looking for a talented Team Lead!

Job Description:

- Direct management of 4 employees.

- Responsibility for technical support in the field of data communication, in the business support and integration division, Support Tier2.

- Practical operation and fault management at a high level of complexity in communication worlds.

- Dealing with technical faults in the aspect of communication protocols, communication systems, and firewall systems, controls, troubleshooting.

Requirements:

- Knowledge and experience in practical operation and fault management at a high level of complexity in the worlds of communication

- JNCIA/ JNCIP certification in the communications world and Cisco certification or, alternatively, proven experience - an advantage in the ISP or integration worlds.

- Knowledge and experience in routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, ISIS - at least 3 years of hands-on work

- At least 3 years of experience in managing a technical support team - mandatory

- Telephone availability beyond working hours including weekends (the team works beyond office hours as a stand by).
