Product Manager – Infrastructure and Platform

Earnix is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Product Manager specializing in cloud Infrastructure, Performance, and Scale to lead the development and enhancement of the technical aspects of our platform. In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring the product's scalability, reliability, and performance while working closely with cross-functional teams to meet the evolving needs of our customers.

What You'll Do:

• Infrastructure Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the product's infrastructure, focusing on scalability, reliability, and performance enhancements.
• Performance Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve the product's performance and work with engineering teams to implement optimizations.
• Scalability Planning: Collaborate with technical teams to plan and execute scalability initiatives to support the growing demands of our customers.
• Technical Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, DevOps and architecture teams to define and prioritize technical requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Product Roadmap: Contribute to the development of the product roadmap, with a strong focus on infrastructure and admin related features and enhancements.
• Cross-functional coordination: Collaborate with various teams, including engineering, operations, CISO, and quality assurance, to drive technical improvements and resolve infrastructure-related issues.
• Performance Metrics: Define and track key metrics related to infrastructure performance and cloud costs, ensuring the product meets targets.
• Technical Compliance: Stay informed about relevant technical standards and best practices, ensuring the product remains compliant and up to date.

You’ll do it using:

• 3+ years of experience in product management or a related technical role, with exposure to infrastructure, performance, or scalability projects
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Familiarity with SaaS B2B software solutions for the financial services or insurance industry is a plus
• Familiarity with public cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus
• Knowledge of agile product development methodologies
