Medical Information Associate

Job Description

The Medical Information Associate is responsible for providing high level, state of the art, evidence-based, balanced timely medical information responses to support internal and external unsolicited inquiries. The Medical information Associate should track and document all inquiries according to local and global SOPs.

The Medical Information Associate interacts internally with all departments at our company Israel and externally with patients, HCPs, industry organizations, regulatory authorities, consultants and vendors.

Primary Activities/Responsibilities

❖ Medical Information

• Providing prompt professional responses to external and internal medical inquiries, including high level literature reviews in a diversity of therapeutic areas.
• Prepare and revise medical information scientific requests and responses
• Establish monthly summary reports
  
  

❖ DPOC and customer service

• Receive and initially process all approaches to the DPOC. Forward information to PV/QA/logistics/ etc. as necessary.
• Handling of Medical queries and medical input in combo cases (with PV and QA)
• Conduct monthly Process Assurance with PV and QA
  
  

❖ Others

• Responsible for 29C process, UPS, PLPA processes and documentation. Execute all other duties as may be required from time to time.
