Professional Services Engineer

We are a global leader of cyber security and application delivery solutions for physical, cloud, and software defined data centers.

We are looking for a Professional Services expert to join the Security & Technology leading team.

As a PS expert you will work with the presales and post-sales organizations on the development of tools and solutions, leading complex Proof-of-Concept (POCs) and advanced deployment projects. Internally your work with the Product Management, R&D and QA organizations will include participating in roadmap meetings, new features development cycles and solutions certification.

What is the job:

• Develop tools and environments for the pre and post-sales teams
• Research new technologies and trends to be able to devise new solutions
• Support pre-sale activities by executing POCs and Demos
• Design environment for competitive solution testing
• Design and deploy Radware Solutions in large-scale strategic projects
• Work with the Product Management teams on the roadmaps, new features design, and solutions certifications
• Work with R&D and QA throughout the product development lifecycle

What you need:

• At least 3 years industry relevant work experience
• Expert level knowledge and hands-on experience with L2/L3/L4 Switching/Routing, TCP/IP, IPv4 and IPv6
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python
• Ability to analyze sniffers and troubleshoot complex solutions
• Ability to design and build complex environments
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Organizational and time-management skills
• High self-learning abilities
• High-level English – reading, writing, and verbal

Nice to have:

• Experience with virtualization including VMware, KVM, OpenStack, Hyper-V
• Experience with public cloud vendors such as Azure, AWS or GCP
• Experience with Linux administration
• Work experience with customers worldwide
