SeeTrue is an exciting Artificial Intelligence well-funded startup. We are leveraging machine learning and computer vision to bring AI to optimize passenger journeys, making security screening accurate, fast, and labor-free.
We are seeking highly motivated, self-driven individuals who enjoy solving complex technical challenges and thrive on offering creative solutions to customers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead pre-sales initiatives targeting potential customers for the company's products, delivering compelling sales presentations, and providing technical information to support the sales team.
- Develop a deep understanding of customers' businesses, internal processes, technical requirements, and use cases to tailor suitable solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical deep-dive sessions for customers, prospects, and partners, taking ownership of the entire process from initiation to presenting Proof of Concept (PoC) summaries in both written and verbal formats.
- Generate high-quality proposals and sales materials in collaboration with the marketing team, addressing technical marketing needs for content creation, product positioning, and key selling points.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and product teams, comprehending customer challenges and business requirements to define appropriate solutions from initial contact through delivery.
- Coordinate with various departments, including R&D, Delivery, and Customer Success, as needed during the process.
- Provide continuous feedback to the Product team based on customer activities, including performance insights, customer requirements, competitive information, etc., to support the Product roadmap and evolution.
- This role involves approximately 40% travel.
Requirements:
- Well-suited to a fast-paced startup environment and culture, demonstrating motivation and a self-learning attitude.
- Hands-on technical experience is essential.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or engineering is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
- Previous pre-sales and marketing experience is an advantage.
- Possess customer engagement qualities and excellent presentation skills.
