We are expanding our business and looking for a VP of Research & Development. who can quickly adapt and join our friendly and fast-paced environment. (We will help to relocate you to Cyprus)

Our main products and technologies:

·      Act Trader Trading software - Windows (Golang in Linux) based,

·      Web and mobile applications (React Native) for IOS and Android.

·      Broker Solutions that include - Dealer, Back office, Admin interfaces, and Reporting Module

·      Risk Management tools, Bridge to manage Liquidity providers.

·      Supporting integrations with APIs such as RESTful API, JAVA API, and FIX API.

·      Wallet technology for Crypto exchanges and EMI.

·      Client Relations Management - CRM including, CRM Admin, Client portal, Introducing Broker and integrations with 3rd parties.

What will your agenda look like

●     Providing the direction and executing the expansion plan in line with the ActTrader continued improvements and Technology upgrades

●     Overseeing all areas of the company’s technical development

●     Led different teams for development, in different locations, using multiple technologies while providing professional guidance and support

●     Delivering promptly high-quality products while all of the products are integrated and synced together

●     Researching, recommending, and implementing new technologies to improve the current technologies, processes, and way of working.

What we expect from you

●      Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, software engineering or similar field

●      Minimum 5 years of experience in managing 20+ employees and offshore sites of developers

●      Minimum 8 years of leading the R&D function and delivering successful products

●      Deep understanding of architecture Frontend, Backend, Infrastructure, Mobile

●      Proven track record with Security, cloud, and on-prem infrastructure, Experience with Microservices, Kubernetes, and Massage Broker is mandatory.

●      Experience building solutions for the high volume of transactions with optimization.

●      Previous experience developing SaaS / Online trading platforms, Gaming, Casino, and Crypto Exchange.

●      Proficiency in English Language, both verbal and written

●      Have the ability to jump into code and mentor the teams.

●      Fluent Russian/ Ukrainian would be considered an advantage!

●      Excellent communication skills and leading

●      Proactive attitude

The role is located in the city center of Limassol or Nicosia, Cyprus relocation will be provided by the company.
