Hardware Board Design Engineer

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hardware Board Design Engineer at STXI Motion in Petah Tikva. The Hardware Board Design Engineer will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks of hardware development, electronics hardware design, circuit design, and hardware architecture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of expertise in hardware board design, development and testing
• Experience with motion control and servo solutions is a plus
• Strong knowledge of circuit design, schematic capture, PCB layout, and analysis tools such as OrCAD
• Experience with digital/analog signal processing, power management, microcontroller/microprocessor interfacing, and communication protocols such as SPI, I2C, CAN, or Ethernet
• Proficiency in hardware testing and debugging tools such as oscilloscopes, multi-meters, logic analyzers, and JTAG debuggers
• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, and communicate ideas and progress clearly both verbally and in writing
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to iterate and improve designs as necessary
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
