Algorithm Developer

We are looking for a Senior Algorithm Developer

A leading computer vision and AI company specializing in the development of

cutting-edge precision livestock monitoring and growth optimization solutions

for the farming industry.

As an Algorithm Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing,

implementing, and optimizing state-of-the-art machine learning and computer

vision algorithms. You will contribute to the development of end-to-end

solutions that empower farmers with actionable insights for enhanced

livestock management.

Responsibilities

● Develop end-to-end solutions based on state-of-the-art machine learning

and computer vision techniques.

● Implement deep learning solutions for computer vision using Python, with

proficiency in frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras.

● Define data collection and annotation needs to support the training and

validation of machine learning models.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate algorithms into the

company precision livestock monitoring systems.

● Keep updated on the latest advancements in computer vision and machine

learning, incorporating innovative approaches into the company solutions.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or

equivalent.

● Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Computer Vision, Machine

Learning, or Deep Learning.

● Solid understanding of classic image processing and computer vision

methods.

● Proficiency in Python and experience with popular deep learning

frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras).

● Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented

environment.

● Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a creative and fast-learning

mindset.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective

collaboration with team members.

● Familiarity with cloud technologies, particularly AWS, is an advantage
