Cloud Architect/DevOps Engineer

FalkorDB is a graph database startup which aims to provide the fastest and most efficient knowledge graph infrastructure for large language models (LLMs). We are developing a novel graph database engine called FalkorDB, which leverages the power of Linear Algebra, Sparse Matrices and other technologies to offer unparalleled speed, scalability, and flexibility for graph data management.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a DevOps Engineer. The DevOps Engineer will be responsible for infrastructure as code (IaC), software development, continuous integration, system administration, and Linux. The role is primarily located in the Tel Aviv District, Israel and some work from home is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Experience with Infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Ansible, Terraform, and CloudFormation
• Proficiency in Software Development languages such as Python, TypeScript, and/or Golang
• Strong understanding of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD)
• Experience in System Administration, including managing Linux systems and troubleshooting complex problems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience with database management systems is a plus
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Microsoft Azure is a plus
