Marketing Automation Specialist

job description:

• Leading the activity of the marketing automation campaigns of Union Motors group companies
• Collecting requirements, prioritizing, characterizing and building journeys, while continuously improving them.
• Leading the implementation of the Microsoft Dynamics MA system while continuously specializing in it.
• Responsibility for technical aspects such as system settings, increasing domain reputation, system heating, tracking, integrations and creating an infrastructure for ongoing activity.
• Responding to business and general requirements of all the companies and brands in the group.
• Leading and managing a work team that includes an system operators of all group companies, IT factors and third party suppliers.
• Leading customer journey strategy, while building annual work plans for their implementation.
• Measure, control and improve all existing processes, in collaboration with department analyst.
• Regular work with internal and external organizational interfaces (sales, service, marketing, product, operation and more).
• Managing ad-hoc campaigns for Toyota specifically.
• Continuous learning and professionalizing of CRM and various company systems while positioning as a comprehensive source of knowledge in the field.
• Apprenticeships and regular trainings for the purpose of transferring knowledge to various relevant officials in the companies group.

job requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree required.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO, HTML, SQL, information transfer interfaces, UX/UI - a plus.
• Experience in Marketing Automation management (at least one significant tenure).
• Experience in managing and characterizing complex projects, while managing and motivating people and interfaces.
• Experience working with digital, website management and other data management systems.
• Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics MA - a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM systems. Working with Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage.
• High level English (ongoing contact with Toyota Europe and foreign countries).
