About the Initiative:

"Tav 8" is an initiative by METGO, a cutting-edge startup born and operating in collaboration with local authorities in the Western Negev region. Our goal is to promote local businesses. As part of the initiative, we call on large companies and entities to purchase gift cards from small and medium-sized businesses in Western Negev, thereby helping to secure their economic future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a comprehensive strategy for the initiative.
• Build a work plan and monitor its execution.
• Recruit resources and funding for the project.
• Manage and lead collaborations with various stakeholders.
• Manage and build the business community in the area.
• Sell gift cards to large businesses.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in management or economics.
• 3-5 years of experience in management or economic development.
• Experience working with small and medium-sized businesses.
• Experience in resource recruitment and funding.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Project management skills.
• Data analysis skills.
• Social orientation and understanding of the needs of local businesses.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a changing environment.
• Mobility.
• Residency in the Negev is an advantage.
