Security Project Manager

The Security Project Manager is a contributor to Playtech Security Group’s project operations and management. The Security Program Manager leads medium and large-scale projects across the group while supporting the Project Management team’s overall responsibilities and developing working relationships with the project stakeholders.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Own security projects activities such as planning, monitoring, and controlling end to end (from inception to the post-implementation phase)
• Design the PMO methodology with the team to ensure a relevant project management framework that is sustainable for the organization
• Coordinate project-related activities with internal/external teams, vendors, and resellers to ensure timelines and scope of delivery are maintained.
• Assist the project team in collecting and maintain the project’s documentation, schedules, action items, and risks
• Provide visibility by conducting weekly project statuses and submitting reports to the management on progress.
• Support overall responsibilities of Project Management and operations (procurement processes, budget management, vendor relations, etc.)

Qualification, Skills & Experience Required:

Essential

• 3-5 years of experience as a project manager
• Experience leading technical projects (Software development, IT projects, technical audits, etc.)
• Solid knowledge and understanding of project management best practices (PMI standards)
• Identify project risks and work on mitigation/containment plans
• Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize activities due to changing commitments
• Hands-on experience in project management tools (in specific Monday.com, Atlassian Jira and Confluence, Microsoft Office, and SharePoint)
• Good people and communication skills
• ability to influence others to support delivery
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
• Understanding project politics, interests and motivations of different parties

• Comfortable working in hybrid/remote mode (mostly via te-le-meeting)
• Understanding the different cultures and backgrounds of project participants

Preferred

• Hands-on / education in Information Technology / Information Security
• Theoretical knowledge in such domains
• Leading projects security / IT tools implementation
• PMP Certification (or equivalent Project management training/education)
• Experience with online gaming companies
• Experience with regulated industries (working with external auditors and regulators and compliance process at large)
