Responsibilities

·        Form and maintain complex financial models

·        Advise in M&A processes

·        Prepare financial opinions

·        Create business plans

·        Perform complex financial analyses required at key decision-making points

·        Prepare presentations to management, board of directors and investors

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Accounting/Business Administration

· Understanding of and ability to read financial statements

· Analytical mind

· Can-do approach and aptitude in creative problem-solving

· High degree of proficiency with Excel

· Excellent oral and written communication skills, both in English and in Hebrew

·  Attention to detail, time management and flexibility to work in a dynamic environment under tight deadlines.

·  Strong communication and teamwork skills
