Software Team Leader

As the Software Team Leader , you will be a key player in our technology team, reporting to the Director of Technology. Your role involves leading the SW, QA, and BI developers, defining coding standards and team methodologies, and translating company roadmaps into actionable tasks for SW team, SW architecture consultants and mobile developer subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Software (SW), Quality Assurance (QA), and Business Intelligence (BI) development teams.

• Define and enforce coding standards, development processes, and best practices.

• Collaborate with SW architecture consultants to design robust and scalable software solutions.

• Break down company roadmaps into actionable items for the SW team, ensuring timely and efficient project execution.

• Work closely with mobile developer subcontractors to integrate their work into our software ecosystem.

• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the software development team.

• Mentor and develop team members, helping them grow professionally and contribute effectively to the organization.

• Ensure the delivery of high-quality software products that meet or exceed customer expectations.

• Monitor and optimize software development processes to improve efficiency and productivity.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the software development and healthcare industries.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in leading software development teams.

• Strong expertise in back-end technologies, with a focus on AWS services.

• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex software projects on time and within budget.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.

• Experience with software architecture design and collaboration with architecture consultants.

• Familiarity with mobile app development and subcontractor management is a plus.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions.

• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
