The Opportunity

Join our MSSP Department as a Cyber Security Manager and become an integral part of our dynamic team. This role offers the chance to engage with cutting-edge technologies, tackle diverse cybersecurity challenges, and collaborate with top experts in the field. Your contributions will be vital in delivering high-quality security services to our valued clients.

Main Responsibilities

• Proactively monitor and analyze security events, rapidly responding to potential incidents to minimize impact on client operations.
• Operate and optimize security technologies like SIEM, IDS/IPS, and firewalls. Analyze security reports for actionable insights.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments, assist in remediation, and advise on security best practices.
• Tailor MSSP services to meet client-specific security needs and business goals.
• Develop and deliver security awareness training programs.
• Provide immediate response and management of cyber incidents.
• Collaborate with SOC analysts for comprehensive security oversight.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on Firewall, SOC, and MSSP functions.
• Strong analytical skills to manage detailed data and see the “big picture”.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hebrew, with proficiency in advanced office tools.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Independent work ethic and aptitude for self-learning.
• Exceptional presentation and client management skills.
• Team player mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Operational Technology security (SCADA).
• Proficiency in security principles, networking, and technologies (EDRs, Ticketing systems, firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, VPN).
• Experience in public cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Familiarity with NIST, CIS, ISO, and other security frameworks.
